We are now looking for a Head of Cyber Security Architecture, that will play critical role in the continuous and increasingly more important job of keeping Autolivs operation and products secure.
This position will lead a group of architects that has the responsibility to define, and together with other key stakeholders, architect, prioritize and drive the implementation of security capabilities in Autolivs IT and OT environments, in addition to review and advice on security matters in any IT and Digitalization initiatives.
Autolivs ambition is to be an industry leader in cyber security and as a member of the global Info- and Cybersecurity leadership team the role will take part in defining the overall Autoliv Information- and Cybersecurity strategy, that should bring them to that position.
Experience & Competence
- Broad technical competence and experience (including delivery/implementing solutions, processes, ways of working etc.)
- Experience of positioning, initiating and driving transformations, in collaboration with other business functions
- Experience within international/multinational and matrix/virtual organizations
- Experience of manufacturing and related industries
- Solid experience in stakeholder management
- Cyber and Information Security experience is required
- Solid competence of balancing tech and business, with capability to build relationships with bother business and IT stakeholders
- Formal Line management (merit) or program/project management experience
- Highly preferred with experience in Operational Technology and Industrial control systems experience
- Highly preferred with understanding of legacy systems and decentralized organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Very strong social skills and stakeholder management capabilities – ability to build trust
- Solid communication skills: adapt and be able to deliver the right message to the right audience with responsive/listening capabilities. Able to distill and translate technical facts and jargon to language understood by management / non-experts
- Ability to bridge strategic/business topics with tech and Cyber Security based topics
- Ability to inspire, engage and leverage a diverse workforce, including contractors, employees and consultants. Able to build and coach the team
- People person; with a balance of having integrity to drive topics but also act as an advisor
- Base work on the “why” from a business-oriented perspective
- Have the mindset to understand Autoliv. “Go and see” attitude of e.g. plants, manufacturing, sites, etc.
- Respectful personality and understand how to create value in a matrix organization
- Not work according to an “ivory tower” point of view. Navigate various perspectives and have a nuanced mindset
Scope & Responsibilities of the Role
- Develop and implement the overall Cyber Security architecture strategy
- Develop and actively drive the implementation of Cyber Security architecture and capabilities, through continues improvements, projects as well as through large business transformation programs
- Align security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Communicate security risks and strategies to senior management and stakeholders
- Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization
- Lead and mentor a team of security architects to design, maintain and advice on secure system architectures across our global operations
- Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with IT, OT and product development teams to integrate security into system designs and implementations
- Provide expert guidance on emerging cyber threats and develop proactive defense strategies
- Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers
Overall Goals
- Deliver world class information- and cybersecurity (security maturity score as good or better than peer companies).
- Build and maintain a well-structured and easily understood security capability roadmap and ensure continuous progress on the roadmap, as needed, to continue to be as good or better than peer companies
- Develop the architecture team (WoW, competence etc.) to a highly respected team that also supports the IT architecture practice.
- During the next couple of years make significant progress in OT security
