Enterprise Information Architect- Autoliv

We are now seeking an Enterprise Information Architect to transform business capabilities and requirements into robust information and data architecture.

In this pivotal role, you will define and implement an enterprise information architecture strategy that aligns with Autoliv’s business objectives. Utilizing your extensive experience in information and enterprise architecture, you will ensure data is treated as a strategic business asset. You will engage with business and IT stakeholders to maximize the value of information, lead the development of business information models, and manage enterprise-wide data standards. By collaborating with global teams, you will ensure effective data usage and alignment with business priorities, advancing Autoliv’s vision of becoming a leader in information management.

Experience & Competence

  • Solid experience in information architecture, enterprise architecture (EA), and data architecture, preferably in global and complex environments
  • Experience in international environments, with a focus on manufacturing
  • Strong background in governance frameworks for information management, including understanding data as a strategic business asset
  • Strong ability to build and implement Enterprise Information Models, including managing Business Information Models (BIM) to support business objectives
  • Ability to bridge the gap between IT and business
  • Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects with stakeholder engagement
  • Solid understanding of how data and analytics impact business/drives decisions
  • Experience with tools like Mega Hopex or equivalent EA platforms
  • Strong focus on business strategy and operations
  • Bachelor / Master in a relevant subject
  • Fluency in English is required. Merit with fluency in Swedish

  • Define and implement an enterprise information architecture strategy that aligns with Autoliv’s business objectives
  • Establish governance frameworks for information management, ensuring that information is treated as a strategic asset
  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to drive the value of information and educate the organization on best practices
  • Lead the development and management of business information models (BIM) and enterprise-wide data standards
  • Work closely with teams to ensure effective data usage and alignment with business priorities
  • Drive strategic initiatives that ensure the seamless integration of data and information across global operations
  • Manage the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring outcomes are measurable and impactful
  • Lead and influence change management initiatives related to information governance and data strategy
